You must be a U.S. citizen, a Henderson, Nevada resident, and at least 18 years old by Election Day.
Vote by Mail (Absentee Ballot)
All active registered voters in Nevada receive a mail-in ballot unless they opt out.

Ballots must be postmarked by Election Day and received within 4 days to be counted.

- Primary Election Day: June 9, 2026
- General Election Day: November 3, 2026
- Early Voting (General): October 17–30, 2026
- Last Day to Register Online: October 29, 2026
